Walking boots
Weather-appropriate clothing.
Water and snacks -
Walks are suitable for most fitness levels but may be challenging for anyone with mobility difficulties and is not always accessible for wheelchair users or buggies.
Expect a few steep inclines, stiles and walks can get very muddy in wetter seasons.
Children must be supervised. -
Landgirls walks are designed with women in mind. Women must be the ones to sign up, but they are very welcome to bring a plus one if they’d like to share the experience with a partner, friend, or family member. The aim is to keep the spirit of the group while remaining open and inclusive.
